In honor of Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, on Wednesday, June 12th, Avalon Park Senior Living teamed up with the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Missouri Chapter and their Sweat 4 Your Brain Campaign! Our fitness center and fitness centers across the state participated in creating awareness for the Sweat 4 You Brain special initiative. It was a fantastic day filled with fun and fitness! Exercise not only boosts your body but also sharpens thinking, memory, and sleep while combating stress and anxiety.
